A monolithic rendering engine collapsed under concurrent user load, making real-time collaboration unreliable above 20 users.

### Solution

Atero decomposed the rendering layer into a CRDT-based collaborative engine, rebuilt the canvas with WebGL, and introduced a new plugin architecture.
